To Harry Potter, the boy who lived!
HAVE YOU STARTED YOUR HARRY POTTER REREAD? Today starts the reread of a lifetime, one chapter per day, until July 15th, when the last Harry Potter movie premieres!
Seriously, I was so excited yesterday to start reading Harry again it felt like I was just about to get my letter for Hogwarts. Which is kind of what this is, I haven't been in this world for so long, I'm so excited to go back.

FINALLY DONE WITH THE SHOPPING. \o/ On December 24th, of course, but whatever. Maybe next week I'll start the Christmas shopping for 2011! XD
Now all that's left is greeting family later today, calling friends after midnight, and mass tomorrow at 8. My friend teases me that me going to mass should put us all in the lookout for signs of the apocalypse... and she's not wrong XD but it's a tradition, really. I believe in other things, different things now, and Christmas still isn't Christmas without mass somewhere in there.
It is officially SCALDING out there. At one point yesterday it was 34°C. It's better out today, 28°C. BUT STILL.
Yesterday, I took my first official drive on my own. I went to see my goddaughter, and she lives a bit out of town, so it was a good destiny for a first drive alone. I AM NOW UNSTOPPABLE. Seriously, it was so relaxing and liberating driving alone. I was still a bit tense and with my eyes open all the way just in case some crazy lunatic appeared out of nowhere (I drive well and respect the traffic lights, others out there don't) and decided to crash me, but nothing happened. Nothing bad, I mean. All the way driving from my friend's house back home I had Katy Perry's 'Firework' stuck in my head. So now it's kind of part of my life soundtrack, I think. XD
