SPN spoilers! Finally, spoilers! I miss my show.
Jason in Palm Springs, Calif.: Supernatural! So happy it's going into syndication.
Happy zombies! Sam and Dean find a town where everyone's loved ones come back to life as zombies but they're nice, friendly, non-brain-eating zombies...oh, and one of them is Bobby's dead wife.
Jamie in Rochester, N.Y.: This is a Supernatural question. I'm a Sam girl, and I was wondering if you had any scoop about him?
Even though Sam is supposed to be on the wagon with his powers, we will see him use them again before the end of Supernatural season five. (Dean's not gonna be happy about that!) In other Supernatural news, we'll be meeting another horseman of the apocalypse (Famine, this time, rather than War), and the Prophet Chuck will definitely be back, although probably not in the company of his Supernatural-fangirl girlfriend.
SOURCE Jim Beaver tweeted while filming the ep - and I don't have words for HOW EXCITED I AM THAT WE WILL SEE BOBBY & JIM WITH A STORY. It might be the SPN withdrawal but I miss Bobby! XD
As for Sam's powers: THANK YOU. That story was nowhere near finished. While a Deus Ex Machina would've been realistic if Cas is looking for his daddy, (and it worked enough for me to let it go till now) let's admit it: Deus Ex Machina just sounds lazy. Blam, half the problems are solved? I want to see the angst! XD I want to see Sam being weirded out that he's not in withdrawal, still tempted while knowing, knowing it's not right, I want to see Dean worried out of his mind that his Sammy isn't as safe as he thought it was.
And now I'm wondering - will Sam using his powers again have to do with the Detroit thing or will it just be an isolated incident?
On totally unrelated random things -
* I miss Glee.
* I like Chris Colfer's Defying Gravity best. And I'm slowly falling for Kevin McHale's voice. Also, Jenna Ushkowitz needs to sing more often.
* Life has been very lazy lately. I've been cooking, tidying up, crafting a bit, and napping a lot, doing errands around town, not much more than that.
* I'm excited for Christmas! As I always am. No matter how crappy Christmas may be, I always get excited for it.
* My Christmas cards go out tomorrow, Wednesday at the latest (the post office gets ridiculously busy this time of year). I've got addresess for:
