I'm in the middle of writing fic for these two boys, and at one point I discovered I had selected a set of songs for them that put me in the right mood to write. So, I decided to throw together a mix (my first ever!) I didn't make it with the title of the fic mostly because it isn't complete yet. XD
Please, please, let me know if any of the links don't work or are labeled incorrectly. Sorry for the limited choices of download but Mediafire is the only thing that works for me.

Nights Of Love - Papa Roach (7.57 MB)
Days of war, and the nights of love
Heaven's on Fire and I'm on the run
Dancing with the devil in the midnight sun
I'm falling in love, I'm coming undone
02.
The Call - Regina Spektor (3.22 MB)
Just because everything's changing
Doesn't mean it's never
Been this way before
All you can do is try to know
Who your friends are
As you head off to the war
03.
Fallin' for you - Seabird (5.93 MB)
Oh, darling it's finally true
And I won't let your heart turn to stone
'Cause when I found you, my heart found a home
04.
Gravity - Sara Bareilles (6.38 MB)
Set me free, leave me be.
I don't want to fall another moment into your gravity.
Here I am and I stand so tall,
just the way I'm supposed to be.
But you're on to me and all over me.
05.
I'm Yours - Jason Mraz (5.33 MB)
I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours
06.
Bendita La Luz - Maná feat. Juan Luis Guerra (4.4 MB)
Gloria al cielo de encontrarte ahora,
Llevarte mi soledad, y coincidir en mi destino,
En el mismo destino.
[Glory to heaven for finding you now,
Taking my solitude to you, and coinciding in my destiny,
In the same destiny.]
07.
A Place Called Home - Kim Richey (3.67 MB)
Anyone who looks at me
Knows I am just a rolling stone
Never landing any place to call my own
To call my own
08.
Unexpected Song - Julian Lloyd Webber (6.68 MB)
I don't know what's going on
Can't work it out at all
Whatever made you choose me?
I just can't believe my eyes
You look at me as though
You couldn't bare to lose me.
09.
Collide - Howie Day (4.18 MB)
Even the best fall down sometimes
Even the wrong words seem to rhyme
Out of the doubt that fills my mind
I somehow find
You and I collide
10.
Some Mistakes - Brad Paisley (4.96 MB)
There's this little straight stretch,
just south of here
It's great for mashing down the gas
And trying out fifth gear
But it's also a speed trap
Twice I've gotten caught
But something bout it calls to me
And I can't seem to stop
And oh you have the same effect
I know I'll just keep coming back
Some mistakes are too much fun
To only make once
11.
Start The Apocalypse - Robert Kral (3.71 MB)
[Instrumental]
12.
Scars In The Making - Fuel (3.54 MB)
Every memory that I hold
Were all just scars in the making
And all the things we can't let go
Were all just scars in the making
13.
The Maker Makes - Rufus Wainwright (3.93 MB)
One more chain I break
To get me closer to you
One more chain does the maker make
To keep me from bustin' through
14.
Ever The Same - Rob Thomas (3.38 MB)
We were brave like soldiers
Falling down under the pale moonlight
You were holding to me
Like a someone broken
And I couldn't tell you but I'm telling you now
Just let me hold you while you're falling apart
Just let me hold you and we'll both fall down

♥ Complete lyrics translations for 'Bendita La Luz' are
over here. ♥ I am completely, head over heels in love with two songs of these mix and how well they relate to our boys. The first one is A Place Called Home. Full lyrics
here, and tell me if that isn't Dean. I might ignore the 'I travel alone' part because Dean will always have his Sammy, but as the rest? Oh yeah.
The second song is 'The Maker Makes' (
lyrics), which I adore fanmix or no fanmix. It makes me sad to think of two people going through that, real people or characters, battling not the people around them but their beliefs, who say that what they feel is wrong. Rufus Wainwright's voice helps makes it all the more haunting.
♥ On a happier note, I am also in love with 'Bendita La Luz'. It's a happy song, the guy thanking for what he's found. I love happy songs, it's a nice change from the usual melancholy-depression-sadness going around.
