(no subject)
is it wrong to enjoy the christmas sunday service at church?
because it was great. coffee, donuts, hymns, and a baby crawling under the pews. that was fun.
now for the present report:
i was expecting the 24-pack of prisma markers, which would still be like 50 bucks, since they're mucho expensivo, but i got the 48-pack, biatches! so wowed about that. and i got the RENT soundtrack from my little sister, vintage-y pearl earrings from my big sister, new headphones for my CD player (because my ears are weird and i need the special ones), tons of makeup (i'm wondering if there's a hidden message in that), and my sister's boyfriend bought the family CLUE! the finest board game in the history of board games. colonel mustard=a role model for all times. and my mommy got me a certificate to go and get a cut from the expensive haircutter at paul beauné.
And that's not even the best part, because, in the mail, is my daddy's present to me! he found on ebay...a pirates of the caribbean: curse of the black pearl movie poster autographed by the entire cast. with certificate of authenticity and all. i freaking love my dad. he's the coolest person in the whole freaking world. i will have in my possession something that was touched, signed even, by JACK DAVENPORT!!! not to mention johnny and orlando. and geoffrey freaking rush. i'm in heaven. thinking of framing it and putting it up next to my hugh jackman/wolverine poster.
can't wait for it to arrive. then my christmas will be complete.
and hey! dukes of hazzard marathon next weekend on CMT. i will be tuning in, most assuredly.
