Help, I need somebody help, not just anybody-HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a big George type surprise for all of you, but I don't know how to add pictures to my journal entry & being completetly computer stupid, I need help posting them. Can someone please tell me how to add pictures to the entry so I can do a spam for all of you.
