(no subject)
The internet has lost its appeal and most of its use to me. Everyday I get on two or three times to check email, and I drop by the livejournal page and that's about it. The only other site I go to consistently is a news site about the show Smallville because I'm a superman dork. Other than that, I can't find many reasons for it. News, yes (newspaper?), band websites (buy the CD?), movie websites (the only thing about the movies that interest me are the actual movies themselves), Instant Messenger (it's a TRAP!! The only thing it's really good for is pointless small talk...think about it. I only talk to my brother on it).
Moral of the story: get off your computer. I personally don't think it's as amazing as everyone says. It's a useful resource for stuff, but don't let it take time away from friends and whatever else you like to do.
