Beaded Prayer Project
Dozens of tiny silver beads and a handfull of blue ones later, it's done. I finished it last night and I'm really happy with it. Hopefully Slumber will like it. I used light blue felt to cut the star out of, pale purple felt to affix it to, and some fun yarn for the little handle and fringy bits across the bottom. The handle wasn't required but I figure she can hang it up that way if she wants to. I already had all of the materials stashed away just waiting to be used so that worked out in my favor budget wise. I used the colors she asked for too so it should be good. The prayer inside covers the things she wanted a prayer for so now I just sit back and cross my fingers I guess. I actualy feel like making another one in a wearable little bag style too. Still not counting my chickens before they hatch, but the creative urge is definitely back for the time being. Lets hope it lasts.
