Oh, yes it can. Thanos managed to wipe out, like, TWO THIRDS OF THE UNIVERSE. The cosmic cube itself is beneath him. To be threatened by Patsy Walker is just sad.

Maybe next time, he can battle Little Dot or Archie.

I'm more intrigued by Hellcat, with the Cosmic Cube.

Could this explain her prior Marvel history?!

That's _probably_ Greer Grant Nelson, The Cat, not Patsy Walker, Hellcat. The claw logo is Greer. Though she does say 'cheese and crackers!' later, which is trademark Patsy. Odd, innit?
