MacBook!!!

I spent alot of money on technology today. I got my MacBook, a router, a "free" (with rebate) all in one printer, a USB mouse, and a backpack. Quite alot of money. The MacBook has been pretty swell thus far. I can't figure out how to make my iSight work, and I'm wondering if it is broken. It would suck to have to go back to get another one later. I also can't seem to get my network working how I want it to. I want to be able to transfer stuff between my desktop and my laptop over the network, but they can't "see" each other for some reason. The MacBook comes with a cute little remote, which is pretty sweet. It cycles through all the media files on the comp. I have a feeling I'm gonna be bugging Jeff for a little bit still, when I try to do something complicated on the Mac, but I'm pretty good on the general use stuff.

In other news, finals week is looming in front of me, and studying is beginning to suck. My EMO (electrical, magnetic, and optical properties of materials...gasp...gasp) final will probably be the worst. It is cumulative, and it is over all kinds of stuff (quantum mechanics, schrotinger equation, band theory, transistors, and basically anything that is really complex and crazy). It's basically delving into alll kinds of crazy physics and quantum mechanics from a materials viewpoint. At any rate, I can't wait until the weekend. I'm looking forward to the cabin. Maybe the cabin will be really fun this time. I'm coming straight back to Tech afterwards to finish some of my research project. It's gonna be kinda boring here by myself. Oh well, I'll have 2.5 weeks at home to chill and do nothing.
