Well, No Use Hiding It
Nova is in serious trouble.
Today, all instructors received a fax from the CEO stating that pay will be delayed from the scheduled date of the 15th to the 19th. I'll be fine if I get paid on the 19th, but this is not a good sign for the company. Any company that can't afford to pay its employees on time is in a pile.
As soon as I got home tonight, I began searching for a new job and applied to a few. I'm not too worried about finding a new job. I'm much more worried about having a place to live. Many instructors have been evicted from their Nova-provided accomodation due to Nova defaulting on rent payments. I should find out from my landlord whether or not Nova has paid.

I won another item from a UFO Catcher. Don't ask me how much it cost.
The Mr. Capybara family gains a new member. It's very large and huggable. I think it'll help me get through rough times.
