Don't be an asshat.
Let's at least try to be friendly around here, okay? It's naive to think that everyone's going to get along all the time, but there's no reason that we can't all tolerate each other. Be curteous, at least, to one another, and if things get serious, feel free to contact the mods.

Don't godmod.
Godmodding can be defined as controlling another's character without their permission, or having complete control of a situation with no freedom for the oher character. No, your character is not a special snowflake, and they have to follow the rules just like everyone else.

ICA = ICC.
AKA - In-characer actions have in-character consequences. Don't think that if your character does something, there's not going to be some sort of reaction to it. As stated above, the rules still apply. It's that sort of thing that keeps a plot going.

Stay IC.
Honestly, this is the kind of thing that should go without saying, but still, for the sake of things, don't venture off way too far into OOC territory. We don't know everyone's canon, but if you're questioning whether your character would do something or not without proper justification, the answer is probably, "no."

Keep OOC drama out of IC play.
If you and another player aren't getting along, there's no reason to bring that into the game between the characters. And, vice-versa, keep IC drama out of OOC. No, just because your two characters are madly in love with one another/are mortal enemies doesn't mean that that player wants to run away and have crazy monkey sex with you/cut you. That's creepy.

Don't join until you've been accepted.
This goes for both the OOC and the IC communities. If you join before being accepted, you will be rejected. After applying and being accepted, request to join both of the communities and we'll go from there.

Community rating: PG-13:
No threads in the community should go above a PG-13 rating. If two characters wish to log something that's above that rating, that's fine, as long as it takes place in character journals and is clearly marked.

Tags.
Every character will have a character tag in the main community that they'll need to use so that the mods can keep track of things and activity. Please remember to use them.

F-lock.
Everything you post in the main community should be friends-locked. It's your choice as the player whether to lock your character's journal or not.

At least one thread per month, per character.
This is the minimum posting requirement for each character that you have. Activity checks will be posted at the end of every month. If there is some reason that you will not be able to make the required posting quota, please alert the mods.
