I went shoe-shopping last night and today - usually a pursuit doomed to disappointment for me, between my conservative taste and wide foot. We hadn't been going to be home all weekend, so we didn't have much in the way of comestibles left.  So once I had thoroughly woken up (that is to say, about three hours after I got out of bed), ( I went grocery shopping. )
