Update on LJ's Scrapbook migration

Or in other words, they listened to feedback and have actually made a few good changes where they could. For instance, tags will be saved, even though you won't be able to use them for a while.
If you're still worried about beiung migrated and want to back your pics up first, fiddlingfrog wrote up
a reasonably simple and fast way to help backup ScrapBook with a bookmarklet or two. Do it ASAP if you're going to, though; migration starts this week.
