Comments on YouTube point out that the procedure may be somewhat incomplete, and that it should be a bit different for children. The important point, though, is that if no one at the scene has been trained in CPR, this is still a *lot* better than standing around doing nothing until help arrives. Oh, and substitute your own locality's emergency line for "999" when different.
