They have just pulled the rug out from under me at work; night shift is no longer pulling Medicaids for me to EVS, effective Monday. That's Monday, 11-22-04, not 11-29-04. And nobody told me until today! I thought it was just an aberration that there was nothing from night shift yesterday (that's happened more than once in the past when weird stuff happened!), but no... At least day shift will still be pulling for me, but that's not much.
So there went about two-thirds of my job. And my supervisor has been out since Wednesday last week, so I don't even know what I'm going to be doing next week. Friday I'll be gnashing my teeth as I catch up with old pends, because all the doctors' offices will be closed so I won't be able to call for info, but I'm really not looking forward to Monday. At least they haven't removed my position. Yet...
