White Hair Dye?

I'm looking for some white hair dye, much like Manic Panic's Virgin Snow or otherwise to be mixed with brightly coloured dye to make... pastels! :) Does anyone have any suggestions where I can procure some? Anywhere along the metro is most convenient, but will travel for dye.
