Fabric Pens and Paint

I am looking for fabric pens and fabric paint in an approximate area between Metro Place-des-Arts and Frontenac. I've already visited Omar DeSerres and was hoping to find something cheaper...
I guess some smaller stores aimed more for students would be appropriate? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
