I have to go to Laval this week. As far as I understand it, the regular STM tickets on my OPUS will get me from an on-island station to a Laval station, no problem.
But when I come back to Montreal, will the tickets on my OPUS allow me to get into the metro at Montmorency/Cartier/De la Concord or do I have to buy a different kind of ticket to load on my OPUS?
I know that when the stations were first built, I had to pay a different, slightly more expensive cash fare to get into those stations, but the STM Web site says that the cash fare for on-island and off-island are all the same - $3 - so I'm confused. Has the fare policy changed? Will a regular ticket loaded on my OPUS get me into those stations?
