I'm posting this on behalf of my friend, who is really in need to sublet his place in Pt St. Charles.. The company he works for is making him up and move by next Friday so he's in a bit of a time crunch. The place does not come furnished; however, he's willing to leave behind his fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and drier.
It's a great place for a single person or a couple, and even a university student. There is a bus a block away that will take you right downtown to Concordia. I never have problems finding parking when I go visit.
