Feedback about Nun's Island (commute)?
My husband and I have the opportunity to rent a condo on Nun's Island. We've been there cycling a few times and though it looked nice enough but are wondering if it's a wise decision, especially with the new Bell campus and the influx of people that must bring. We're looking for clean/quiet/ boring at this point frankly.
He works downtown (Guy/R.Levesque) so the idea would be to commute by bus. We are currently within a 15 minute walk so that would be a big change for us. We have a car but prefer to leave "her" safe & sound at home whenever possible. We've looked at the STM & Google apps to estimate the commute but we're wondering how accurate that is.
Do you know what it's like living "out there"?
