Physio Recommendations and Wide Feet, Wide Shoes?

I have two questions:
1) Can someone recommend a physio who is specifically good with manual therapy and joint mobilization? I'm seeing one but this person is a bit weak and I don't feel that the treatments are particularly effective given the cost. Centrally located is preferred as I live in Cote Des Neiges and work in Little Burgundy.
2)I've got wide feet and refuse to wear ugly shoes, so as a result, I don't have many shoes, especially for my office environment and going out. I am 26 and have no desire to wear the shoes that seem to be associated with comfort and wide feet as even my grandma (rest her soul) would probably not wear them. Any suggestions where I can go for shoes for wide feet?
