recommendations to buy a new netbook

Next boxing days will be my first boxing days in Canada, so I need help )
I want to buy a decent, reasonably cheap netbook
I know only one place in this city where I can buy it - Future Shop, but it's expensive enough
Also, any tips on what to look for would be great, I don't know much about the subject (I want to use it in the library, university, etc - so I'm looking for smth small and light ; no games, but a lot of music, pictures, movies, Skype ets - so it's necessary to have Wi-Fi, webcam, microphone...
