beer steins, medical, and massages

Hello Montreal - I come with a number of questions I hope you can help me with!

First, I wanted to get my stepfather a beer stein for his birthday and for Christmas.  Anything kitschy, ugly, large or small, doesn't matter (he has a really nice glass one, and ugly one with a bell, an enormous one that my mom uses as a centerpiece for flowers, and a small one I bought him from Germany).  THe problem with this is the only one's I've seen were in antiques stores near my place, and they were 200+...  I was hoping to find something under 100$.  Does any one know of any places where I might make some interesting finds? Anywhere metro accessible is OK by me. (I'm asking because I've never seen one in a store and I wouldn't know where to start looking.)

Second, I have been going to the Concordia health centre for the past 2 years, as I was a student.  This semester I couldn't afford to take classes, so I need to go somewhere else - I have hypothyroidism, so I was hoping to find an endocrinologist, but am wondering if I would need a referral?  Could I just go to the CLSC and ask them for one - alternately could I also just ask them to do the blood tests (or can I make an appt with Concordia even if I am not currently studying there?  I think I went once when I was a part-time student and no one said anything...)  I would also consider visiting a naturopath or an holistic practitioner if anyone could recommend a good one who specializes in hypothyroidism.

Third, I know this has been asked before, but does anyone have any recommendations for massages?  I've never had one before and now that my health plan pays for it, I figure why not take advantage!  I work near Spa Diva, but I find it kind of a scary clinical atmosphere just from walking by; I heard great things about Spa Scandinave but that the Old Port location is too hoity-toity, and Mt Tremblant is a bit far for me to go.

(PS What happened to the Sugar Heaven in the Eaton Centre?  Unless I was hallucinating, it seems to have been replaced by Ardene?  So besides Scoops in the faubourg and I guess the Sweet Factory, where can I stock up on bulk candy?)

Thanks for your help, as always :)
