Are back-yard fires allowed in Montreal?
I live in a triplex, on the top floor. The people who live on the bottom floor have this kind of metal dish thing and tonight they have lit a fire inside it. I think that's what it's meant for, but I'm really not comfortable with them doing this in the backyard! I know there is no hose out there. I don't know who to call to report it. Is this even legal? I looked up a few things on the City of Montreal website but couldn't find anything about if it's legal to have backyard firepit type things here. Any ideas on if it is and/or who I can call to report it?
