Looking for a room to rent

Hey! I'm a 20-year old female student soon to be 21. I'm planning on going to Concordia this fall in the History program, just waiting to know if I'm accepted. I've been to craiglist and asked friends but I was thinking that maybe fellow lj users can help me out. I'm looking to rent a room for July 1st or even earlier.


-My budget is only 350$ all inclusive.
-With no cats because I'm extremely allerigic.
-Close to a metro station

I'd really appreciate any help or advice since this is my first time that I've moving out.
