Looking for a roomie!

Hey Montreal, I’m looking for a roommate.

For starters, here’s a bit about the apartment.
-$835, so 417.50 each, electricity is INCLUDED, so the only other bill on top of that would be wifi (shared).
-5 mins walk from Snowdon metro
-4 1/2, really large rooms, high ceilings
-July 1 move-in
-concierge in building, washer and dryer too
-appliances included
-first floor for your moving-in convenience! There are big windows in every room but they don’t look out onto anything really, so we get lots of natural light, but it’s not direct
-bedrooms a fair distance apart
-lots of useful stuff right there.. cafes, SAQ, grocery, Jean Coutu, you name it
-pics soon!

I am:

-26/f
-grad student at Concordia (for music!)
-queer
-vegetarian
-busy!!!
-friendly and easygoing (about most things- see below)
-super clean and quiet. I do my dishes when I’m done using the kitchen and I don’t leave my shit lying around in common areas.
-non-smoking

You are:

generally compatible with the above.

I’m not picky about gender/sexual orientation/vegetarian or not-vegetarian. I like peeps that have their own thing going on, school or work or whatever. Generally non-smoking please, but occasional shisha is ok by me.

I’m really looking for someone who manages to be at the same time quiet, clean and respectful but also easygoing and friendly. It’s really important to me that I have a peaceful and clean home environment where I can relax after a long day and not have to deal with noise when I’m trying to sleep, but I’m generally pretty chill. Having friends over and having them crash on the couch now and then is cool, but I’m not big on parties.

Few more things

-I have a cat. She’s super sweet and loves people, but she hates other animals, so you need to not have an animal of your own (except fish/gerbil/etc, those are ok). If you’ve always wanted a cat but don’t have one because you don’t want the commitment, this is your lucky day! All the fun, none of the work. I clean her litter every day and take good care of her, so the house doesn’t smell like cat.

-I’m not into having a landline or cable or even a TV.. if you’re into that, that would be your own responsibility.

-you’d have to be willing to sign the lease and split the deposit with me ($100 total, so $50 each) once you decide you want to live there.

If you're still with me, message me and let me know a bit about yourself!
