2 1/2 for lease in NDG near Vendôme and Storage Question

My apartment lease ends March 31st and I am moving to the USA in April. I plan to stay with a friend until I leave, but I am looking for one of those entreposage places to store my belongings til then. I looked at a few websites, but none of them list prices. Can someone recommend a storage center that I can lease for 1 month? What are the prices like for a 5 x 5?
My apartment is available for lease from April 1st.
2 1/2 in a safe and nice elevator building which is located at Sherbrooke & Girouard and situated right next to the NDG park. Laundromat on site. Garage parking available at an extra charge (approx. $50 per month). It's very close to grocery shops, 7 min walk to metro Vendome, the 105 bus stops right in front of the building, and the Monkand area is just 10 minutes walk away. The apartment comes with a refrigerator and stove. Rent is $605 and it includes all utilities plus Videotron cable service. The nice thing about this apartment is that it has a proper separation between the bedroom area and the living room space, so it's more private than most 2 1/2 sized apartments. There is also a balcony, and a lovely view of the city and the river beyond. You would have to sign a 1 year lease with the Management Office.
My stuff: I have a bed frame and mattress, curtains, computer desk, small table with 4 chairs, a 20" TV, microwave and some miscellaneous accessories. Ideally I'd like the incoming tenant to buy my stuff. I am asking $200 for everything.
