Birthday dinner venue...and shopping
Hey guys!
I'm celebrating my birthday with a dozen or so friends next Saturday and I've been racking my brain trying to think of somewhere: a) downtown; b) affordable (ie. under 20$ for a meal); and c) that is not Guido&Angelina, Boccacino's, Weinstein&Gavino's, Kanda or Tokyo Sushi.
Ideally, the place would be more cozy than fancy, have a somewhat convivial atmosphere and offer cheap, upset-stomach-can-handle, yet still offer really delicious food.
Recs, anyone?

Also, what's the best store in town to hit if I'm looking for a variety of thick, winter-durable but stylish tights?
