I've looked around, but I'd really like opinions on alternatives to Bell for phone and internet.
I'm paying 19.28 for my BASIC phone line and 42.95(!!) for my high speed access (both before taxes, etc). This seems exhorbitant to me.
What are your experiences? Can I be saving money here? I'm not looking for extra bells and whistles, I want the very basics for a cheaper price, but don't want to sign up with an unreliable service.
Alternatively, has anyone signed up for the rogers or bell internet-on-the-go services? How much do you pay and is it worth the price?

ETA: Thank you all so much for your help. I looked around and seems like the going rate is 29.95. Spoke with Bell and they ended up giving me a great deal when I told them about all their competition. Your input really helped. Cheers!!
