Does anyone know the laws, or know where I can find info about the laws, regarding internet sale items through sites such as kijiji and craigslist, in Quebec? Private buyers and sellers, no businesses involved.

i.e If the item is sold as is buyer beware, or if the seller has responsibility should something turn out to be wrong with the item sold.

Where could I find this info?
