PR/schooling
Hello friends, remember me? i had asked about relocating to Montreal from a US community college and going to school and about having a license and what not... (if not see > http://community.livejournal.com/montreal/2220744.html *if you care)
I was just thinking though... I'm going to be in school for maybe another 3 years, tops. Would it be wise or possible to apply for apply for PR NOW while in the states BEFORE I intend to move? Would I be able to get residency by the time I got there, is that possible? I just thought about it... I don't know.
