Thanks, hon! Families are awesome, well, most are. Not that families aren't without trauma because they have plenty of that. In the end... love. <3

That was awesome! Just to clear something Beatrix's a dog, right? or is she Monte & Lisa's baby?

Oh god yes it's their BABY. Tommy and Lisa had a twitter thing where he wanted to buy her and Lisa replied SOLD. It was so funny. That was several days back. Plus yesterday he tweeted a picture of himself holding Beatrix. http://plixi.com/p/93823888

Oops, sorry bb! Think I saw that picture in passing but was not too sure what went on between Tommy and Lisa on twitter!

OMG. HAPPY TOMMY!!!

The story didn't need this, but I am so glad you wrote it anyway.....such a long bumpy road these two boys had to take and what a peaceful and realistic ending.

I love your writing!!!

Oh, and your new user-pic....pretty, pretty, pretty.

Hugs, Kia

Thank you, Kia! Realism in the middle of sort of ridiculous hilarity is my stock in trade. :D

Happy Tommy is the best kind. He deserves it like no one else does, don't you think?

Darling! I have missed you, it seems like you were missing in action for a bit there, yeah? <3

That was lovely. Everything is never going to be 100% roses (what relationship is?), but they're happy and want to make it work, and especially Tommy seems to be believing that 'this is my life now, this is where I fit.' I love how abrasively hilarious you made Eber here, and yay to Tommy for standing up for himself.

I'm going to miss this series, especially Mrs. Porter and Walter :)

Thanks, Fairfax! It's always lovely to see that you stopped by. I may write a little extra look into their lives later, but first I want to try some one-offs.

It strikes me that the real Eber is not this abrasive although he certainly seems to be quite witty. But we're writing personas here, after all, not the actual people. I'm glad you enjoy Mrs. Porter et al. so much because I have a deep love for elderly people. And cats!

That would be fun if you were to revisit this verse from time to time to see how they're doing :) With appearances from Walter and Mrs. Porter, of course! I've put this story on my Kindle for rereading.

IA about Eber, but for the purpose of this story he was perfect. I'm glad you plan to write more in this fandom!
