Yes, I did want to see what Johnny writes about his own life. Usually I don't fangirl people at all, but if I can buy a CD from a singer whose music has given me pleasure, then I can buy Johnny's book since he has provided me with much joy.

Welcome )
I miss Mitty. :(
I think I saw those pictures of Britain and it was gorgeous in the snow. You have to admit snow is beautiful, if you don't have to shovel the driveway or swerve around in your car. Actually I've learned to drive by swerving around. We all do it here.
Sloths are amazingly loyal in their fangirling. I admire that. What I truly admire is talent, and I've certainly sat in audiences in awe of a talented person. Perhaps because the USA is so big, it's harder to get more than one chance to see a worthy person in the flesh. On occasion I've fangirled openly - once an opera singer in an elevator in Chicago - he was completely thrilled to be recognized and he's an awesome singer so he deserved the compliment - and very recently a character actor in a cafe patio in Los Angeles - and he very graciously accepted my compliment. I would never approach a big star, but I think the lesser known (but no less talented) ones really appreciate a bit of fan love. <3
