Leonard McCoy had engaged in role-playing with previous sexual partners. Before leaving the amusement park planet, Tonia Barrows had asked him to play (rather more successfully than in his initial attempt) white knight to her damsel in distress. At the request of one male partner, he had acted the part of an Orion slave boy for a night. Dressed in medical scrubs, he had “played doctor” with several former lovers. During their courtship, he and Jocelyn had engaged in S&M games a few times, always at her instigation.
Leonard had, unfortunately, failed to guess that the slightly malicious enjoyment Jocelyn sometimes showed during their reciprocal spankings would prove a pale foretaste of the vicious pleasure she would later take in their mutual tongue-lashings.
Well, he had misread Spock, too. Turned out Spock didn’t want to be a computer. Spock wanted to fuck a computer. Or be fucked by a computer.
Or maybe it was he wanted to do those things with a male humanoid partner who was pretending to be a computer. Leonard wasn’t clear on the details initially.
“Vulcans jerk off with computers?”
“I have never engaged in autoeroticism with an inanimate machine.” Spock spoke stiffly. It had been difficult for him to answer when Leonard had asked if he had any sexual fantasies Leonard could help him fulfill. “I do not know if other Vulcans do so.”
“But you’ve fantasized about it.”
“To a degree,” was Spock’s reluctant reply.
Leonard was confused by Spock’s uncharacteristic imprecision. What the hell did “to a degree” mean? Either you had a sexual fantasy or you didn’t.
Before Leonard could ask for clarification, Spock added, “Most Starfleet computers have female voices. As you are aware, I am not attracted to females or their voices.”
“You could easily have reprogrammed the ship’s computer for your own personal use.”
“But I want a humanoid sexual partner.”
“Ah, so you mean an android?” Leonard had asked encouragingly. “Like Reina. Or the people on the amusement park planet.” Seeing the look of distaste on Spock’s face he added hastily, “But male, of course.” Spock did not like being reminded of certain Rigelian cabaret girls.
“Copulating with a sentient machine would constitute being unfaithful to you, Len-kam.” Spock had sounded aggrieved. “I wish for you to pretend to be a computer. You are my chosen partner.”
“Pretending to be a computer sounds pretty kinky. You’re going to have to explain this to me in more detail. A lot more detail.”
After a lengthy discussion, Spock had persuaded Leonard to participate in his odd fantasy.
“You sure this getup is safe, Spock?” Leonard asked, eying the wires attached to his balls through the wires dangling from his face. The messy inconvenience of green body paint was minor compared to the unwieldiness of the outfit Spock had designed. “We’re not both going to be electrocuted, are we?”
“Please lift your chin.” Spock spoke from behind Leonard, where he was busy attaching electrodes to the back of the doctor’s head. “The apparatus is totally safe.”
Leonard was glad Spock could not see him rolling his eyes. On the other hand, he was frustrated because he could not see Spock, naked like himself.
Spock continued, “You helped design these electrodes, Len-kam. They will enhance your pleasure.”
“That’s what Harry said about green body paint.”
“Green body paint was not designed to directly stimulate the pleasure centers of your brain.” Spock’s supple fingers combed through his lover’s hair.
Leonard fretted, wanting the fingers to be touching him much lower.
Spock added, “Or the pudendal nerve.” Those words increased Leonard’s excitement. The fingers withdrew. “The final electrode is attached. Are you ready for me to turn on the system?”
“Sure. My pudendal nerve is already turned on.”
Multicolored lights flashed across Leonard’s arms and legs, torso and face. Odd tinglings scurried across his scalp. In his groin, a more familiar sensation intensified.
“Computer. Are you successfully activated?”
Leonard answered, following the script: “Affirmative.” His voice, electronically altered by a miniaturized microphone near his ear, sounded oddly mechanical.
“Is your interface device operational?”
Leonard did not need to glance down at his groin to know he had a powerfully solid hard-on. “Interface device is operational.”
Spock walked around Leonard and stood facing him. Spock’s interface device was also fully operational.
“Excellent. Computer, prepare to plug your interface device into the biological entity.”
