Perhaps a turn for the better?
Well I kind of talked to my mom about things a bit. There wasn't a good way to ease it into conversation, as I often find myself doing with things, so I just came out with it pretty much. Actually, she brought up how I don't seem as happy as I used to, so that made for a nice little segue to what I wanted to say. Her response, though, was all too cliche, which I couldn't have been more happy about in this case. She basically said she wanted me to be happy, and asked what I'd rather do than go to school right now. Now granted I didn't have an exact answer, but I sure as heck feel a lot better about the whole situation. So, thanks you guys for your support and encouragement and such. More on this as it develops :)
