Presidential Suite, the Arms Hotel, Tuesday evening

The very spacious living room of the Presidential Suite had been re-arranged just a little bit to accommodate the party. A baby grand piano had been acquired and the NPC piano player was already working his way through the songs Mary requested. The suite had its own full kitchen and Gunther was overseeing a team of waiters who would be passing out glasses of champagne and all sorts of yummy appetizers. The bar was set up at the opposite corner and the bartender had strict instructions to keep making Shirley Temples for Mary without mentioning the name of the drink.

There were comfy couches throughout the room and an exit to the balcony with a view of Serenity Cove, in case anyone needed some fresh air. Mary had already arranged to have someone at the front desk send all party guests straight to the top floor, where the door to the suite was left open.
