Guests staying in even-numbered rooms have a view of Serenity Cove while guests in odd-numbered rooms have a view of the town. The rooms are moddable except for anything specified at check-in, i.e. no putting in a stripper pole unless Mary specifies that you're in the Stripper Pole Suite. Each floor has 30 rooms available except for the first floor, which has 20.
