Awesome Night
So today I really felt like I had friends that cared (although your advice was awesome to Mason :0) ). The girls I had worked with at Fountaingrove knew that I was having a hard time so they scheduled a girls night tonight on a work night (which we never do). We talked and had fun and it felt really good to feel normal again. Patte (our GM's Admin Assistant) has just found out that she is pregnant (with the ex-bellman's baby whom Brian went to high school with lol). She is 42 and I just think this is so awesome. They make the cutest little odd couple .. both a little wierd and both totally loveable.
Anyway, they have to make room for this baby coming in March. She gave away a TON of stuff! I got a TON of books because she has to get rid of her bookcases, some kewl blue triangle plates, some candle holders, an awesome olive oil thing with a spout that she painted and some other stuff. Also got a ton of movies .. VHS but heck mine plays VHS and DVD. It will kill some hours right?
She has an AWESOME wierd wall thing that used to be in Equus restaurant. It is an odd S shape and the whole all is tiny little cubby holes about 1.5' by 1.5'. Anyway .. she's getting rid of that soon and she's giving it to me! It will have to go into storage somewhere but it's sooo cool! Definatly going to have an oddly out of place eccentric (sp?) house in Mississippi. I LOVE her house .. she has a purple kitchen! It's soooooooo awesome!
