find the thirteenth One time, when the stars where playing hide and seek, they accidentally gave birth to constellations that were named the Zodiac, a family of twelve eternal beings that came down to Earth to teach humans stories of the stars but soon this failed, for the twelve began to battle among themselves for different ideals. The twelve ended up separating and began to only protect those born under their home constellations. The twelve did not hate each other, but not mind avoiding their siblings, never quite needing help. And as the years passed, nothing really changed - until recently, with the rumour of the birth of Ophiuchus, emerging from yet another game of hide and seek. Albeit none of the twelve know what this new born is, it appears it is destined to become either the king or the destroyer of the twelve zodiacs, something none of the siblings want to happen. And so they came back to Earth again, where it's said that Ophiuchus is hiding from their fear and wrath, again together as a family, but never really acting as one, united only by one desire: to find the thirteenth zodiac.

Undoubtedly the first Zodiac, but he is not seen neither as a father not an elder figure of wisdom by his younger brothers and sisters. He was gifted with unmatchable speed, perhaps to fulfil his need to constantly be the first in everything. As one of the Cardinal signs, Joshua was seen as the Hinge of the Fire Trinity, suggesting he was a bit of a leader and thus why he's so inclined when it comes to leadership, independence and not listening to a word of advice others say. His mark ( ♈ ) is engraved in his inner left wrist.
Nora seems to have much patience and the preservation needed to achieve perfection, which is not to be mistaken for some kind of energetic behaviour - quite the contrary, for she is prone to her long languidly lazy moments. Her unmeasured strength is not usually a dangerous gift, since she is not quick to anger nor conflictual, but should someone push the right buttons, Nora will be eager to show a piece of her wrath. Her mark ( ♉ ) is tattooed in her right ankle. She has had many lovers in the past, but has yet to pick a favourite.

In the beginning, there were two, Zane and Xander, but Xander ended up dying. To compensate his need of another him, however, the remaining one was given the gift of duplication, being able to make as many of him as he wants. Zane is a very extroverted person, adaptable but extremely superficial and inconsistent - he can say one thing one day and the opposite the other, being an extremely argumentative person. He's a chatterbox, lively and versatile. His mark ( ♊ ) is on the the left shoulder blade.
The second Cardinal, Emma never really assumed the seat of Hinge of the Water Trinity, which somehow eased her position onto the others. As a sensitive person, she is a gifted empath, which means she can sense, influence and control the emotions of others. It's no secret that there are many things she hides behind her shell, but the mystery is what exactly is she hiding (which can leave on wondering). She's protective but can be clingy or touchy, but an intuitive, loyal person. Her right inner thigh has her mark ( ♋ ) engraved on.

Confidence is something Holden isn't lacking at all. Like his representative symbol, he's as proud as a lion, even a little pretentious, but he's the kind of person who knows exactly what others want to hear, being encouraging and charming, a generous kind of person, temperamental but forgiving. His power to produce and control fire is reflective of his personality, being a man full of energy and albeit he may appear impulsive at first, he does think ahead and about the consequences of his actions. Over his heart, he has engraved his mark ( ♌ ).
A most analytical and inflexible person, Karaugh is a sceptical and observant person, who seems very calm and collected most of the time - even if extremely picky - but beyond that quietude and silent person lays an ambitious and reliable person. It's almost impossible to anger this intelligent zodiac, who, while critical and apparently detached, will be devoted to those she cares for. She's an extremely organized person and if things go wrong and she needs time to think, she'll take it. She was gifted with the power to regenerate herself and others. As the Cardinal of Air, one would expect the one holding the position to be a decisive person, but Quinn is far from it, always having inner conflicts when it comes to making a decision, though to compensate this she's a diplomatic person, graceful and peaceful. Not afraid of change, it's not strange to figure out that her ability to become another person does not bother her the least. She's an idealist, having a strong sense of fairness and justice, but she can be an unreliable person because of her insecurity and (deep inside) her low self esteem. She has her mark ( ♎ ) in her lower back.
A person of extremes, Max is grossly misunderstood person. While he's manipulative, able to hide his motivations all the time, he's not a bad person, merely very intense about almost everything. He's a complicated person and even a bit stingy, with an uncontrollable need to dominate. Max power consists of being able to disintegrate any matter he wishes to, a dangerous power he does not take lightly on using - after all, while he's an douche, he's not evil. He doesn't trust anyone easily. It's obvious he's an unyielding person, but though he is jealous, he regularly proves to be faithful to his own. His mark ( ♏ ) is engraved at the back of his neck.

True to his nature, Eddie is a natural entertainer. Surprisingly, however, he's rather unemotional and if he gets bored, he's irritable. Demanding but with an optimistic nature, he's a self-sufficient person, never really one to be able to stand the fact he needs to be dependent on someone. Jovial and enthusiastic, sometimes he seems to bite off more than he can chew, but has a positive attitude towards everything. He's gifted with a perfect aim, never missing his target no matter what and always spotting them. Unfortunately, he can be easily bored and get a little child-like when he is. He has his mark ( ♐ ) situated on his right leg.
The fourth Cardinal, Cyril has always taken the seat of the Hinge of the Earth Trinity almost as a crown he wears, even if the seats have long been dissolved due to the fact the twelve disbanded for so long. He can be very dictatorial and conceited, but at least he's a responsible person with both of his feet down to Earth. Gifted with the power of shifting his size, enlarging or minimizing as needed, Cyril uses his capacities to constantly prove his worth, something he feels like he needs to show constantly to be taken seriously. He's a little aloof and reluctant in changing his mind. His mark ( ♑ ) is engraved above his left elbow.

It's not unusual to see this one accused of being stubborn and unemotional. Of course she has feelings, but Julie doesn't like to discuss them, more of a logical person and a feeling one - she prefers a mental realm rather than a feeling one. However, she is a kind person and even humanitarian, though she can be a bit of a rebel, just to have her way and sometimes to step on some calves. Her know-it-all attitude can be annoying, but there is a certain charm to her inventive ways, which she shows through her ability to manipulate glass with her mind. It's on her right foot ( ♒ ) that her mark is engraved on.
She isn't the youngest - there is an oldest, but not a youngest - but Sierra occupies the last house of the twelve zodiacs. She's open-minded and very accepting, but she can be over sensitive about many things and easily fall in a cycle of sloth. Because she's so elusive and has an escapist stride, she tends to be mysterious without noticing, a bit living having her head in the clouds, which sort of makes sense due to her ability of phasing through any kind of matter. She can be very sarcastic, a bit of a arguer, but she seldom judges anyone, being a compassionate person. Her mark ( ♓ ) lays engraved in the inner side of her left arm.
