The Hunt DVD

Mar 21, 2007 17:11

I left work at 12:05 due to a sudden swelling in my left-ear that made my head feel like it was going to 'asplode. Two hours' later I had Amoxicilin and eardrops in hand (which pulls at me since I don't even like to take Tylenol). But the second I got home what did I find in the mail? The Hunt DVD, which I was one of the two Camera P.A.s on.

Since I'd seen the film at the premiere a year ago this month, I skipped straight to the 21 minute making-of featurette. I appear at the 11:00 minute and 18:00 minute marks. Though the first clip I'm in is a thankless back-of-the-head affair, its kind of weird why they used the bit since my head is dominating the frame for so long. The later clip is a very nice side shot, where I finally realize that I didn't look that bad with a ponytail. The stuff you fixate on when you're in pain. It's very odd that two years ago to this very year we were out there shooting the thing, another year to see the result, and yet another whole year to get the DVD.

Then I watched Rocky Balboa extras!

p.a., the hunt, dvd, camera assistant, rocky balboa, release, ear infection, making-of, sick, behind-the-scenes
