However, he could not resist expressing his opinion of the work he was expected to carry out, or his cynicism about the integrity of the leadership.
When Uchiha Madara, a legendary ninja from Konohagakure, stepped out of the shadows behind Yagura to reveal himself as the one who had been controlling events all along, Kisame's first instinct was to kill him.
