So heartbreaking and so beautiful so far... *sighs* Especially Sam's random thoughts caught in brackets and the steady count of the days since they last came together. It's like a slow burning sadness that has no end in sight. It's still beautiful, though, because it's also a love that never wanes. It's addictive.
It feels quicker to list the links that worked: Jersey Shore (thanks for that! NOT), Led Zeppelin's Fool in the rain, Why can't this be love & Living after Midnight. Another great chapter... Poor Sammy. I really stopped liking Sam toward the end of season ...4? (After Dean's resurrection), I only started liking him again a while after he caught the crazies this season. So while he's all "I'm a bad man & everyone likes Dean better now" I'm reading this going "yeah, yeah we do!" The more I read, the more relatable I find Sam. Well Done on the characterization & emotional depth. Damej
Aw, you didn't like Sammy? *sad puppy face* Well, it is true that there is an inverse relationship between the size of his sideburns and the amount of sympathy he can garner.
I'm very pleased and flattered that you find my Sam relatable. Thanks for the feedback.
