I think Bigelow's Earl Grey is nicer than Twinings's.

I want to argue with you but I don't know what Bigelow's tastes like and besides, I don't like Earl Grey anyway.

See, I would send you some, but there's no point if you don't like Earl Grey.

Twinings is so ubiquitous here, and I get sick of it so fast. I had Bigelow's Earl Grey in the airport on Wednesday night, and I could smell the bergamot, which was really exciting. It actually tasted like something!

Bigelow's is pretty good. I had some recently and then I had some organic Earl Grey from Trader Joe's, and I think the Bigelow's was actually better tasting.

Bigelow's makes some really nice teas (for bag teas, that is). I love their cinnamon stick. There's always such good flavour.

I very rarely have access to Trader Joe's, so I don't know if I've had their organic Earl Grey.

I don't even drink tea that's bagged. It's all loose leaf for me! I go to House of Tea near Rosedale Station. They have fantastic teas. I'm a drink snob, I know...*sobs with shame*

Ha! At home I drink loose leaf, but at work or if I'm out, it's often bag tea. (Although I have a small amount of loose leaf at work for when I can't take the bags anymore.)

So we totally have to go loose leaf tea shopping. We can do a tour some day - or have an ongoing quest to visit every tea shop in the city. I found House of Tea rather expensive, but I haven't been there in a while. I love Tealish, at Queen and Walnut (near Trinity Bellwoods Park), and there's also the Tea Emporium, Say Tea, and Pippins. I forget where The Tea Leaf moved to, but they used to be in the Beaches and had really nice tea.

OMG tea date!

That sounds cool! House of Tea gives me totally personalized service. They remember what I like and guess what I might have run out of -- I've been going there for years. But I'd check other shops too. House of Tea is also near one of my workplaces = easy.

So nice to be a regular, huh? That sounds like a good deal. I sort of have that at Tealish, but I haven't been in in a while due to excessive busy-ness.
