I'm really achy this morning. For no good reason. I think it might be pre-period achiness - I haven't done anything that should result in achiness. Unless it's from going dancing. Hmm. At any rate, I ache and I don't like it.

queerdragonfly told me yesterday that she knows someone who does sliding scale Hatha yoga out of her apartment. Someone cool and queer who's running small classes (like, four people). This is a great thing. It takes away my fear of having to do yoga with trendy ladies in Lululemon pants and feeling like a weirdo plus inept while I try to figure out the new poses, etc. It's like cute queer grrrl yoga, which really works for me.
