I want to live on an abstract plane.
Today I got up and put on an outfit. After days of throwing on jeans and a long sleeved shirt and a short sleeved shirt and finding a sweater. Today I am wearing an outfit. That must be a good sign.
Or perhaps it's just that I'll have an audience tonight.
I am wearing:
- buckley goth boots
- argyle tights under black tights under argyle knee socks (black & grey argyle)
- black corderoy H&M skirt
- black long-sleeved club monaco shirt
- red "el diablito" t-shirt
- black Play Dead hoodie with heart & cross bones
I'm also wearing:
- ugly blue underwear
- the triangle bra
I'm experimenting with the idea that staying warm in short skirts involves at least two pairs of tights. If they're thin tights. So far, I like it. Of course, it's only fall.
Oh! I also put on eyeliner and lipstick this morning. And some glitter above my eyes.
And then I rode to work on a very very stylish bike. We got some real pretty ones - Norco cruisers with a really high bottom bracket and giant handlebars. Painted bright yellow. I felt like a star. Too bad going uphill was hellish.
