Hi LiveJournal. SantaDay is fast approaching! YEESH! How exciting, I'm practically an Excitatron. I've attended X-Mas parties both tonight and last (actually last night was the McKnights annual Winter Solstice, or, as I like to refer to the, Bob and the Ladies annual Delicious&Fun-a-thon!) tonight was a very very lovely dinner at my cousin Caroline's house..mmm. To die for, menu -
Candied Sweet Potatoes, /w honey base & pear/apple chunks
Spiraled Ham
Pilaf
Sourdough stuffing
Roasted Potatoes
Marinated and glazed green beans.
It's so strange, because if someone presented me with this menu, my reaction would be very 'meh' as im not particularly fond of anything listed (except pilaf of course!) However, the food was absolutely indescribable. prefection.
Some of my cousins were there (Cara and Jason (15 yr old twins) and Joel (13)) who, when we were all young, I spent a great deal of time with, but haven't seen in maybe ten years due to the fact that my family completely drifted apart for that time. Last Christmas we kind of started recommunicating, and since have started getting together for family occasions more and more. I am always very apprehensive when it comes to family, (immediate and relatives) but seeing these kids again was amazing. They are so neat and lovable.. absolutely odd. Its nice that I'm getting some of my family back.
Okay, enough rambling about random crap that no ones cares about, onto random pictures that no one cares about!! :)

...I guess he seems jolly, but that is a LOT of rouge?
you won't catch too many ladies finger dancin these days (too many pictures of robin?)
