Soran (TrystanKnight) here, as requested by Our Psychotic Friend Of the Dark Hair, updating periodically. His internet went down permanently so coming here is not quite as easy as before... (And no, he's not available by phone either, his roommate *never* wanted her phone # put on his livejournal and made that explictly clear and is no longer forwading calls. I tried to warn him that she wouldn't like him taking that course of action, but he did it anyway without even consulting her... *sigh*)
Right... We'll open with the shorter part... The very few good news items: He's finally gotten a chance to watch two new shows I recommended to him on video, and I think they've generally brightened him up a bit and made him happier. Well, they, in addition to some of the complexities in his personal life have finally been resolved. The REALLY good news: He... is employed. *I* am employed, too, if any of ya bastards care... ;)
The bad news: Since we're both employed, the world is coming to an end. (I'm not ENTIRELY certain the two are related, but it just seemed *logical*.) Situations, esp living situations, have tensed and plans have been made, broken, made again, broken, altered beyond my ability to explain here. It is possible that movement may occur very shortly, and I ain't talkin bowel, if you know what I mean - it might not, right now, literally everything is up in the air, but you... have been warned. :D I may be going with him wherever he goes - I may not - it depends on how some shit settles out and space fills up.
I tried to do a google search through the Book of Revelations for a passage where friend would turn to enemy and enemy would suddenly become friend, or something similar about betrayal and anger and the end of days, but I couldn't find one. Things... anger, situations, a LOT of things around here have been exploding in our faces we never expected. These are, of course, things we've been asked not to talk about, so I'm not saying what, but the interpersonal BS in the area has gotten worse.
Beyond that - *I* am convinced that all things magickal just took a drastic left turn for the worse last (Weds) night (And NO, not because Star Wars came out, thank you, and he hasn't seen it yet so SHHHH). Our friend the Monseignuer seemed to agree with me when I spoke with him about it today, though perhaps not with the severity I think is coming since I tend to overreact a bit to bad portents... Either way, big or small, we think dark things are on the horizon. (Ghostbusters moment: "SO BE GOOD, for goodness sake, WHOAAAH , somebody's comin! Somebody's cominnnn!")
