A good pizza stone makes all the difference in the world!!
Also bake the crust just a little before you put the toppings on, otherwise you might have burned toppings and a soggy crust.
Give it plenty of time to rise, don't rush it.
Use REAL mozarella, not that fake fat free crap, you're better off using less of the real thing than more of the fake stuff that doesn't melt anyway.
Make your own sauce, it's easy, pureed tomatoes with garlic, olive oil and a little oregano or basil.
Also, I like to brush the crusts with olive oil, and add a little kosher salt for taste.
One last tip, if you use sliced tomatoes on your pizza, be sure to de-seed them, otherwise the seeds and juice inside the tomatoes will make the pizza soggy. You'll notice the difference if you take the time to do this!
