So cowboys_aliens is still running! We have a few members now, and a proper profile page, and a co-mod! Very exciting stuff.
About a month ago I decided to start watching Band of Brothers on a whim. IT IS AMAZING. I'M IN LOVE. Why did it take me this long to watch it?! Probably because it would've been even more scarring had I watched it when I was younger. But that doesn't matter! I can't put into words how much I adore that series. Plus, the fandom's brilliant. That makes it even better. *hearts in eyes*
Finishing Band of Brothers made me want to get back onto The Pacific - I finished watching that this week. I'm sad that I didn't like it as much as Band of Brothers, but it was still very good. That last episode just destroyed me. Oh, Sledge. ;_; Part of me does wonder if I liked Band of Brothers more because I watched it first, or if it was a stylistic thing. Who knows.
