I got to hang out with iwrotethissong today, which was pretty damn awesome. We escaped the ridiculous heat together (it got up to 39 apparently? What happened to you, summer? I thought we were friends) by watching Glee episodes and The Mummy and generally chilling out. And then she wowed me with her amazing Left 4 Dead tactics. 8D We might not have survived the zombie invasion, but at least it was fun. =]
These past few days have reminded me how unbelievably lucky I am to have the friends I do. ♥
I'm warily looking forward to Christmas, even though it'll be completely different this year to how we've had it every other time. But on the other hand, I can't wait for it to be over. I go out and people are everywhere, and I can barely deal with them on a normal level; seeing all the Christmas crowds and how everyone's getting stressed is making me want to just stay in my room til it's over.
And then New Years. I need to get my calendars together. I'm going the fan made route this year, and they will be awesome. They don't have a choice in the matter. :P
